I’ve been robbed. You’ve been robbed. Your friends have been robbed. It’s a common thing in Mafia Wars, you start building your Mafia family, invest in some properties and then BANG, you lose 60 million dollars after getting robbed. It’s probably one of the most frustrating things to happen, and it’s something we need to overcome.
I hate getting robbed, and I know you do too. Even if you only lose a little bit of money through damage or whatever, it still adds up if you get robbed a lot. You can end up losing a lot of money in no time. So it’s time we put an end to this.
One of the main reasons why you’re getting robbed is because you’re a target. Either you’ve crossed them the wrong way, or they see you as a threat. The way around this is to not rob another Mafia family that is stronger than you. If you do, they will come back at you and hit you harder than anything you can handle. If you’re going to pick on people, pick on the little people first so you know you can defend yourself if they even think of trying to rob you. Better yet, don’t rob anybody at all. This just creates enemies and enemies are always bad news if they’ve got you in their bad books.
Another thing you should not do is to put someone else on your hit list. Do this, and it’s a sure fire way of getting robbed by that same person, and not just him, he’ll get his buddies in to give you some dirty treatment as well. They’re just getting some revenge on you, but that’s what you get for putting them on your hit list.
If you really do feel the need to rob someone or to put them on your hit list, you need to make sure your Mafia family is strong and well equipped with top quality weapons, armor and vehicles. You need to provide them with these items so they can defend you and your property if you are robbed or attacked. A good rule of thumb is to keep the number of people in your Mafia the same as your current level. So if you are at level 50, you should have 50 people in your family. But not just anybody, they need to be strong and loyal, and fully equipped to do battle. If you have a weak family you stand absolutely no chance of defending yourself.
Don’t try to fight outside your weight range just yet, and don’t try to get on the bad side of stronger Mafias until you have developed a strong Mafia family. If you do get on the wrong side of a stronger family, you’ll be in for a rough time as they will continue to rob and attack you purely just for the entertainment of it. The only time they’ll really stop is when they’re bored with you.
So keep building your Mafia’s strength, and stay out of trouble until you have a large, loyal and powerful Mafia family that can take on all your rivals.
